How to hard reset Alcatel OT-355 (and remove master code/password)

Hello Everbody,

In this tutorial i will describe how to hard reset an Alcatel OT-355

1.Turn off your phone
2.Press and hold # and the power button/red button together
3.If you see ''All data will be lost, go on?'', select the green O
4.Wait until it is done
5.The hard reset is now done

You can use this tutorial if your phone have some issues, if you just want to reset it and you can also use this tutorial if you forgot your master code/password. If you do a factory reset the master code will change to 1234.

How To Fix Samsung Galaxy S III I9300 Stuck On Samsung Logo

Hello Everbody,

Does your Samsung Galaxy S3 not boot and is it hanging on the Samsung logo?

You can try the following tutorial to fix it.

Or follow this tutorial:

1.Remove the battery of your phone for a few seconds, then replace it
2.Press and hold volume up+home button+power off all together for a few seconds
3.If it is in recovery mode select wipe data/factory reset with your volume buttons and confirm it by pressing the power button
4.Select yes - delete all user data with your volume buttons and confirm it by pressing the power button
5.Select wipe cache partition and confirm it by pressing the power button
6.Select reboot system now
7.Wait until it boot up (the first time it might take a little bit long so please be patient. it may take several minutes to boot up)
8.If it boot up you can use your phone again
